Gasquet into top 50. Guessing the Rochus bros are highest ranking brothers > since the McEnroes - in 1991 John was #28, Pat #36.
Wasn't that true yesterday also?
What's fascinating is that Olivier and Christophe both seem to be having their best years this year. Olivier is perhaps no surprise, since he's still fairly young -- but what's gotten into Christophe?

you don't see James Blake anymore in the top 50. he sure gets a lot of attention in the US media and at other sporting events though.

Unfair. Blake was hurt -- severely! -- for most of last year, and his ranking suffered accordingly. He has been playing reasonably well this year -- #66 in the Race, and it would almost certainly be higher if he could get into more events.
He probably does get a bit more attention than his results deserve -- but he was among the first of the new generation of Americans.
Well, unless you count his older brother. Now *Thomas* is a disappointment....
