MSC has 24 slams, HWM has 19.. there are others in line to be included before Seles.
Don't know what "wertheim" was thinking leaving those two off. BJK won 13 slams including 6 Ws.
And if it's all about "peak", well then heck Serena should be #1, Henin and Venus should be in the top 5 as well.

Serena has to get the nod as she has won multiple Wimbledons (2) v 0 for Seles, 2 USO each, & Serena is only 5th player in history to hold all 4 slam titles at same time.
Monica's 3 french open wins in 90.91. 92. easily beats Serena's Wimbledon wins. Monica had to beat Graf in 2 of the 3 FO finals. Seles or Graf in the early 90's would have killed Serena or Venus today.
