Agree. I think Fed can learn a thing or two about drop volleys.


Fed is ok on routine volleys & when he knows where they're coming - he's
obviously poor on the instinctive ones.

You can already see the effects. Both during the match against Roddick
and Denko, you kinda tried to come in more and finish the points early
but got himself in a hole either because the approach was not good or
he flubbed the volleys outright. You would think he should be doing
more of that against joker tomorrow but I am sure he will not because
he does not feel confident.


I don't think he should be doing it in a slam final at this point as
stakes are too high.
