Sedan outplayed them. It should have been at least 0-2.
Cup Final (June 04):>>Auxerre - Sedan> Does anyone give Sedan a chance?
Sedan is my favorite The final will be played on a FIFA international games. Auxerre will be without Kalou, Akale, Pieroni, Tainio, Benjani, Grichting and Bolf, while Sedan (a solid L2 team that would have been promoted with competent strikers) will be at full strenght.
I have to admitt i am worried for our UEFA rankings. Lille in the Champions League, Strasbourg and maybe Rennes and Sedan in the UEFA's cup. Won't be nice to see. The Germans should retake the 4th place next season. (not that it matters a lot)

Wow, that's right, you're Auxerre, Aegis! Well that's good. In Cups and the leagues where I don't have any vested interest, I always like to cheer on a resident RSS member of that country's league.

Oh! I forgot to inquire: since "Sedan" is the name of a famous battle, what other teams are in their country's top flight which recall a battlescene, etc.? Waterloo perhaps?

We have Vorskla Poltava in the top flight in Ukraine at least. And of course, Chelsea still play on Stamford Bridge if that counts
