It is indeed.

I was wondering about the accuracy of some other parts too - doesn't the
FA cup losing finalist only get a UEFA cup place if the winner has
qualified for the CL by its league position ? Eg. if the 5th placed
team wins the FA cup vs. the 10th placed team, the 6th placed team gets
into the UEFA cup, not the tenth. I could be wrong.
