The starting goalie was red carded?
The updates said nothing like it, but of course that would be an explanation. What I believe is the real explanation is that thay had two players on the bench with the same last name, and that it was in fact that other player that was subbed in. Another explanation would be that the player in question wrongly was marked as the reserve goalie.
