No problem, there's a decent bus service that takes about 20 minutes.

Yes but I would not advise it.
One option is to Ski from St Anton to Alpe Rauz (bottom of Valfagehr lift), then take the free ski bus (which runs every 20min) to Zurs. Take one of the two lifts to Seekopf, then the 2 man chair lift to Madloch-Joch. Ski to the bottom of the Zugerberg lift and enjoy the restaurant at the top - more of a motorway piste despite how its marked on the map.
Return to Zurs by taking the Rufikopf, Schuttboden and Trittalp lifts from Lech. Take free bus back to Alpe Rauz.
Makes a nice round trip. (no black runs if that is a concern.)
The free bus runs between Lech and Alpe Rauz every 20 minutes (10 min at peak hours) but can be very crowded. Journey takes about 40 minutes.
The post bus runs between Lech and St Anton every half hour, and costs about £3

The best way is the Post Bus from St Anton. You can do it on the free buses if you ski to Alpe Rauz and then catch a bus to Zurs and ski from there, but that will take quite a while.
As for whether or not it's feasible... well it is certainly possible, I'm not sure I'd do that be because you'd be spending a lot of time on the bus. However, you could do it and I'd say it would make for a good holiday. You could stay in St Anton and maybe spend a day or 2 at Rendle too. If you're looking to avoid the harder runs in St Anton, a few trips to Lech and a couple of days at Rendle would fulfil that aim.

Thanks Michael. I think I'll print this and keep it with my piste map.
