By then, I shall probably be jealous of you and lal-truckee as el nino is threatening to toggle onto the current massive long drought. Severe drought/el nino winters are rubbish, very cold and clear with little or no snow. So we are all watching the southern oscillation index to see what it does as May is usually the "crux" month for its development.

Dropped by Mammoth a couple of weeks ago for a few days - got the usual Mammoth treatment - high winds, cold blizzard conditions, fresh snow; not bad at all.
