My backspins are finally starting to improve with several centered ones daily. My new problem is that when I hit a good one that is well centered and has good speed I can't stop it until it slows down! If I check hard I just keep spinning around in a back attitude. If I'm traveling its no problem to grab the edge and push out but the centered ones won't let me lean out to get an edge. Any suggestions? Lyle

Aw gee! A well centered backspin that won't quit. Somehow, may all of my frustrations with this sport wind up with something like, "My axel won't come back down." or .. "Last night, I fell right on top of a really cute girl. What should I do?" I hope you get stuck in the thing 'til your beard reaches your boots, Lyle.

The backspin exits are tricky....You have to rock up onto the first toepick, while driving the free knee , then push the free leg back as hard as you can while opening up the arms. The hardest part is to get the timing right. Good luck!

This is a problem? ;) My suggestion would that if you don't want this spin, give it to me. I'd be happy to take it away from you.
