Coach has me doing this as a very little dance with sharp kick-backs on the swing rolls to make the edge growl and fancy it up. I like this dance better than the Dutch Waltz. It has more change up, and much deeper "lobes"?? Right at the end there's a cross stroke that sets up the last swing roll with a strong counter-check with the arms. I call that a "beauty mark" that makes the dance feel like a dance. I could sure use a video with music on these 6 dances. How come there ain't one? Makes me think the USFSA is about half stupid when they could put their LTS program on CD, and sell it to 1000s of skaters.
