Scrum.com does have a similar search feature but it doesn't have all the the results. eg I did a search for NZ vs all teams for 2004 and it missed a couple of the 3N games. I haven't been able to find any reliable source of historical data and so now have to rely on my flakey memory.

I'm considering giving up maintaining the RSRU tables and ladder I started a couple of years ago as a bit of whimsy as I can no longer be sure I actually know of all the games that have taken part - for example the IRB site shows that there were two games in the "IRB Super Cup" on 25 May and another two yesterday, but doesn't say where they were played (I'm guessing Tokyo), and they don't appear on Planet Rugby or Scrum.com...
