The texture of cheese on foods makes me ill. Vegans are a different breed of cat altogether. They don't eat any animal products. I've only known one true vegan since college, and she had health issues as a result. She was a real animal activist, and peta member, and really had a hard on for the whole deal. She wouldn't wear anything with leather on it, bought her shoes at certain stores, wouldn't use products tested on animals, etc etc. I think it's just a different mindset that goes down the peta path. I don't begrudge it personally, because I kinda admire them for their dedication, but they are kinda wacky...
