TNA on WGN?

Candle 12 May 2005 22:59:05
Granted, most people get WGN, but unless they like the Cubs or Bulls,
most people have no clue they have it, lest they be channel surfing. If
WGN/TNA could do the advertising, they could make it work, but I have a
feeling that they'll hold out for Spike, FSN, or other. It'd be nice to
see them get national, prime time style, get hot, and give WWE some
competition.

TNA will be dead and buried before it ever gets national prime time. With
Jeff Jarrett on top as long as he's been, that company has no chance of
surviving. I hope they fold pretty quickly.

of all the people that could be at the top of the ladder, I still
shake my head that he is, for them. Granted, he's a pretty good
worker, and a decent talker, but he's never been *that* interesting.
When he was mid-carding WCW, I could barely tolerate him, and during
that "chosen one" run, he irritated me, and not in a heel sort of
way, but with ":get off my TV heat". The only way he would interest
me is if he did an el kabong type gimmick with the gee-tar.

He always said that he has all the stroke. Now he does.

It would improve WGN quite a bit. I miss the old days when you could catch
WWF and NWA on WGN on Saturday mornings.

Sadly, you are correct, and I think it may be their undoing.
