HHH Proven Right, As First Hour Rating Better Than Second Hour Rating For RAW
Die Jar Jar Binks Die! 11 May 2005 03:11:43
Raw drew a 3.8 rating, down from the recent range of 3.9-4.1 in recent weeks. The show was doing well, building from a 3.8 opening quarter hour rating to three straight 4.0 ratings, but then it crashed around the time of the John Cena music video and numerous commercial breaks. It dropped as low as a 3.5 rating, then grew only to a 3.8 overrun rating for Shawn Michaels vs. Edge, which is bad.
The first hour average was 1.0 higher than the second hour. On Raw, Triple H walked off the show and said he would be missed. Although it was just a storyline scripted line, he may have bragging rights to it being true today.
The NBA on TNA did well, drawing a 3.0-plus rating during Raw, so that may have hurt Raw ratings, especially in the home markets for the basketball games including Detroit.
That's sad...HHH knows his fans DEMAND he control all of WWE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

???
3.8 + 4.0 + 4.0 + 4.0 = 15.8/4 = 3.95 for the first hour average. Second hour dropped as low as a 3.5, but not below.
So how is the first hour average 1.0 higher than the second?
