When I lived in CA about 9 years ago, we had WGN & KTLA (TV-5 in Los > Angeles) - which were/are both WGN affiliates. Not that WB had

I don't think so. I think they've only had two or so shows in the Chicago area ("Chicago Ridge" or something). I'm pretty sure they're East Coast-based. Or Pennsylvania (which is "East Coast" to me).
