Raw/Smackdown double feature question

 When they did both shows the same night in San Jose (or wherever) it
made sense, since Raw (live) started at 6pm local time and Smackdown
ended around 10pm.

With the double-shot in NYC, will they run from 9pm-1am (plus
whatever matches they'll tape for Heat and Velocity)? All the
little kids in the stands will be gone before Smackdown finishes,
since tomorrow is a school day.

Or will they tape Smackdown before Raw?
