 Last year roadwork on U.S. Highway 31 caused the removal of 18 Bradford Pear
trees in front of Chilton County High School. But thanks to Representative
Jimmy Martin and State Senator Hank Erwin the trees are now being replaced.

It's a shame when pear trees have to suffer in the name of progress. Thanks
to Representative Martin and Senator Hill for correcting this problem for
the fine folks of Clanton, Alabama.
