The husband as her legal guardian has that right the courts are not executing anyone they just ruled that the husband has the right to pull the feeding tube.

The Florida legislature gave MS a license to kill when it passed legislation that enabled a proxy to make medical decisions for incapacitated parties on what amounts to hearsay evidence. The trial court followed the law in Florida, according to the higher state and federal courts. The real shame is that folks like you do nothing productive to change things.
