Hogan and Mr. T vs Piper and the other Heel - Totally 80s, man I miss that stuff.
Hogan getting the dross ripped off by Andre the Giant, then Hogan slamming him (after ripping something in his back the first time he tried.) Hogan being put over by Andre was a defining moment of 80s wrestling.
Hogan superplexing Bossman off the cage - that had never been done before and was HUGE.
Hogan vs. the Iron Shiek - Man, in the early 80s that was HUGE. People forget how mega huge the beef with Khomeni was back then. Hogan fighting Volkoff came close, but the Hogan/Iron Shiek heat was NUCLEAR. Sgt. Slaughter and the Iron Shiek tore the house down, too.... remember not only was there a beef there, but wrestling was far more "kayfabe" back then.... God, so many memories.
Piper and Heenan actually getting the audiences to laugh with them as heels in feuds with Hogan.. huge.
Hogan vs. Savage was a huge sports entertainment moment, the whole soap operaish plot line, as well as a new involvement of women in the top WWF angles.
Hogan vs. Warrior - What was to usher in a new era in WWE became a lasting monument to the pre "Attitude" days, was a great, great match.
Hogan's whole music video sequences and "training sequences." yeah, they were taking off on MTV and on Rocky movies, but it was huge for the time and defined how promos an dangles are built these days outside of stuff actually done in the arenas at match time. The whole buildup process when the WWF had one or two PPVs in a _year._ Remember people wondering if the WWF could keep the buildup and suspense when they actually went to two PPVs a year?

I prefer the one where he punched the guy in the head 3 times and

However, upon recollection, I think the one where he keeps putting his hand to his hear and tries listening to the crowd from in the ring is even better...

the ones where he tore his shirt off at the start were also quite memorable.
