Report John Mills of Monroe, N.Y., PWTorch.com reader

We arrived a little later then we wanted because the directions Ticketmaster
and Mapquest sent us were wrong. We parked about 6:50 p.m. and when we
walked up to the arena I could already hear Teddy Long inside doing his
"Holla Holla" speech and talking about the card and we had our tickets at
will call which had about a mile long line, but luckily they yelled my name
out within two minutes and we got in as soon as they were introducing the
first matchup.

(1) Hardcore Holly & Charlie Hass defeated Joey Matthews & Johnny Nitro
(w/Melina) when Hardcore hit one of them with the Alabama Slam. Not a bad
matchup; a lot of double teaming Haas while the ref was distracted by
Melina. Crowd was way into Hardcore and he surprisingly wasn't that stiff
with the newcomers and didn't hit them with any stiff chops.

(2) Mark Jindrak beat Luther Reigns. I'm not sure how it ended because I had
to go to the restroom and the match was over within three minutes. While
Jindrak was walking down the aisle Reigns attacked him and that's about all
I remember from that match.

(3) Chavo Guerrero beat Paul London, London ran to the ring in his new getup
and stomped around the ring and did a backflip off the turnbuckle, lots of
energy. Good back and forth match with some highspots from London. Chavo did
his usual stuff. End came when Chavo pretty much sat on London and held his
legs for the pin. London is a fun wrestler to watch and I hope they give him
the cruiserweight shot at mania or have something to do with him because if
they don't its just wasted talent.

(4) Eddie Guerrero & Rey Mysterio beat The Bashams when Rey hit the 619 and
Eddie hit the frogsplash on one of them. Eddie and Rey came out in a
lowrider. They had a baydoor there which opened to the outside and cooled
down the whole place. I'm sure the two of them had to be cold because it was
about 25 degrees outside. A lot of stalling in the beginning with a lot of
Eddie-619 chants and staredowns. The Bashams doubleteamed Rey a lot while
the ref was arguing with Eddie about keeping his hand on the tag rope
because Eddie wouldn't hold it. He even untied and and tied it around the
rope so he could walk to the other side of the ring with it. When the ref
saw it he tried to pull it from Eddie and Eddie let it go so the ref fell on
his rear end. Pretty funny stuff between the Ref and Guerrero. Rey and Eddie
were very over with the crowd and seemed to be having fun.

Next was the 10 minute intermission and they threw a few shirts to the
crowd.

(5) Booker T beat Heidenreich by DQ because Heidenreich pulled the ref in
front of one of Bookers kicks and was DQed. Heidenreich tried to use a chair
but Booker got it and used it on him. Afterwards Heidenreich started to hug
the chair and rolled around with it before leaving with it.

(6) Next was the Divas bikini contest between Dawn Marie, Joy, Miss Jackie,
Michelle, and Torrie. Something as always with Torrie winning and Dawn
getting jealous and attacking Torrie with the other Divas pulling her off.
Dawn did wear a nice thong bikini and the others had their basic bikinis on.

(7) John Cena & Big Show defeated JBL & Orlando Jordan. This match started
out as a one on one between Cena and Orlando for the U.S. Title belt was
just a basic match and then JBL ran out and the two of them beat on Cena
until Teddy Long came out and said since the two of you want to play that
way we are going to have a tag match now with Cena's partner being and then
the Big Shows music hit. Pretty good match. Cena was way over with the crowd
and Big Show was getting good pops also. End came when the Bashams ran out
and tried to interfere and the Big Show chased them and JBL away while Cena
give Orlando an FU for the win. Cena afterwards celebrated and jumped into
the crowd. Cena also give his basic Chain gang speech in the beginning and
spoke about his match at WrestleMania.

Big Show and JBL were supposed to have anything goes match which went out
the window when the tag match was announced so there were only a few
matches. No Undertaker or Kurt Angle which are on the card for tomorrow's
show but that's okay. The place was pretty much full with about 1,500 to
1,800 people if I could guess. The crowd had a lot of energy for the show.

Afterwards we saw Paul London pulling out with his girlfriend and stopped
and signed some autographs. I asked him if he was going to get the
Cruiserweight shot at Mania and he said he didn't know yet but hopes so "
Don't we all. I also asked him what happened to Kidman. We also saw
Heidenreich leaving with Luther Reigns. I asked him whatever happened to
little Johnny and he crossed his thumb across his throat and laughed. We
also saw the Bashams leaving in the car with Orlando and they never waved or
anything, also saw Big Show getting into a big tour bus and John Cena left
in a car by himself and waved and gave the peace sign. All in all it was a
fun night. We drove a little more then an hour from Monroe, N.Y. to see the
show. I always go to MSG and places around NYC to see shows, so I wanted to
check out one in a small place and it ended up being a good time and would
do it again because it is different to see them in the smaller arenas. This
was actually a college gym where a basketball team plays. There was also a
fake casket by the entrance way and I tried to ask at the end of the show
what it was for but no one seemed to know. I thought in the beginning that
it might be for a Taker match but no such luck.
