<< Best: being in England but being far, far away from London. >>

Why do many Englishmen have a bitterness towards London? IIRC, it's
like the 'most cosmopolitan' city in the world (with Toronto, Paris and
NYC running it close). Anyway, where in England are you at?

<< Worst: weather. >>

Is the 'always rainy' stereotype true?

Best: I live in a township near a small city, where the cost of living is
much cheaper than living in large city

Worst: I live in a township near a small city, where there's lot's of
white trash.

Worst thing: Lots of wannabe punk thugs even in affluent areas (is it
like this everywhere?), driving in the city.

Best thing: Cultural diversity, Country life and City life both really
close, it is not Baltimore.

I pay $1,100 plus + utilities for my 2 bedroomed apartment. It is not
even all that great, but I like the location and the fact that it has
it's own entrance. The No. 1 reason I stay though, is the location,
the location is unbeatable. Plus who likes moving? But yeah, I split
that cost with a roomate, but my friend lives in Madison and she
supposedly only pays $500 for a 2 bedroomed apartment. Although....

Cost of living in Louisiana is dirt cheap.
I had a 3 bedroom duplex, 2 bath, fireplace, kitchen, dining room,
HUGE privacy fenced backyard for $400 a month.
moved to Atlanta (actually Alpharetta)
3 bedroom apt. 1 1/2 bath, kitchen/dining combo, small patio, $1100
month

(This was 10 years ago but guys I work with rent and the apts are nice
and go for $500-$800 a month. Renting has its advantages like when
something breaks but there's nothing like owning)

Tight.

Do you speak the language? Would to charecterize Czechoslova..uh, the
Czech republic as the gateway between Western and Eastern Europe be
true? Actually, if you think about it it can also be charecterized as
the gateway between the Nordic Scandinavian countries and the southern
mediterrenean ones.

Also, what would you say distinguishes Prague, from say, Berlin or
Brussels?
