Richard sent word that in yesterday's edition of the Miami Herald, they had
an item saying that Ron Simmons is one of 75 finalists for the College
Football Hall of Fame.

Where competition for WrestleMania is concerned, Wes Kinley sent this one.
... I thought I would send you a quick note in regards to more competition
for WrestleMania in Canada. WrestleMania airs the same night as the Juno
Awards, the Canadian version of the Grammys. Now, I am not sure how many
wrestling fans would watch the Junos as opposed to the biggest night in
sports entertainment, but I have to give you my two cents worth. This year,
the Junos air from my hometown of Winnipeg, Manitoba, and since the WWE has
already slapped Winnipeg wrestling fans in the face when they stopped
announcing Chris Jericho as being from Winnipeg after doing so for the past
four years, it's time for some payback. I will be attending the Junos this
year, and, for the first time in fifteen years, I won't be ordering
WrestleMania.

following matches for the upcoming shows in Edmonton and Calgary:

That has got to be the stupidest reason not to buy WM that I have
ever heard.
