As it turns out, Lillian Garcia had quite a bit of heat from her fellow peers because she had the gall to scream loudly and then be carried away from the ringside area after she was inadvertently knocked off the ring apron by Charlie Haas on RAW two weeks ago. Most of the heat stems from the fact that she only suffered a sprained wrist and that it wasn't a more severe injury. For several wrestlers, this is an everyday occurrence. Then again, Lillian isn't a wrestler.
Lillian didn't help her cause when she had the audacity to tell the fans - who were wondering about her injury status - that she was OK the very next night in Toledo at a RAW brand house show. She opened the show by telling the audience that she was OK.
Also, some people were chuckling about her injury backstage. They were making fun of her for spraining her wrist when she was acting like she had been shot.

She's got more meat on her than Torrie, but I don't hear Torrie scream like a Banshee when she gets knocked down.

To be fair though, most of Lillian's 'meat' is on her jawline.
I'm wondering if she had the air knocked out of her which would explain the moaning.

If Lillian had been trained to take bumps, people could expect more out of her. She wasn't, though, so it's not fair to hold her to the standard of the other women in WWE.
Torrie Wilson spent time in the Power Plant with WCW and worked with Fit alongside the other women in WWE. Even Candice Michelle has had a little rudimentary work with WWE agents. Lillian hasn't.
Besides that, if you look at the bump Lillian took in slow motion, she first got her neck whiplashed sideways and then fell awkwardly in a sitting position. With the exception of 3 bumps (Lita's chin-first plancha that bent her back, the flip bump Trish took that popped her shoulder and the whiplash bump Trish took where the soles of her feet almost touched the back of her head taking a DDT from a returning Jazz), it was one of the most awkward-looking bumps a WWE females has taken in years, and it was totally unplanned, unlike the other ugly bumps I mentioned.
Because of the unexpectedness of it, I think even Molly Holly (the acknowledged cream of the WWE female crop over the last 5 years or so) would have had a good chance of getting hurt on that bump. Maybe not as badly (because she wouldn't throw out her hand like Lillian probably did), but she'd feel it for quite a while.
