| who's using Manifest Master? Ynotssor 22:34:27 |
| | We're just beginning to use the Manifest Master p[rogram available from http://manifestmaster.com/
If anybody else here is using it and has any "gotchas" or other wisdoms to share, I'd enjoy hearing about it. It looks like a very great deal of useful thought has gone into the program.

Heh Heh, you wish! ;)P
Your words speak for themselves.
" if, but, it's not my fault, if only....."
The words of a loser.
Seems to me like you crashed and had to quit skydiving after your stroke. That.s how the story goes, right ?
Or, have you revised that little bit of history, too ??

| Re: Info advice on mast extension, foot, and boom please??? Guest 04:15:38 |
| | Rob, while 6.5 and 7.5 are common sizes, you could find that on a VERY light wind days, the gap between those 2 is relatively small (think % difference - not huge) Perhaps 6.5 and some 8.X would be better..
Over at my (often too quiet) lake many sailors use 8+ or 9+, or even 11+ sails! As long as you could uphaul one...
If you are buying the 6.5 first, get a boom that just covers that size and spans as much as possible towards the larger sail to keep options open. No boom will cover all sizes from 4m to 9m, so you'll end up with 2 booms eventually, the other one dedicated to small sizes (less that 6.5).
For sail sizes google "sail quiver gap calculator" - will help optimize your picks
good winds, Marek

| Re: Hernias and windsurfing Brian Sangeorzan 09:06:45 |
| | Mac, I had surgery about 7 weeks before I went to Bonaire a couple years ago. He used some sort of mesh patch, and this was a repeat of an earlier surgery (30+ years earlier). I was pretty nervous about going windsurfing so quickly after surgery, but the doc said it was okay. Maybe your case is different, so I'd have to go with the doctors recommendation. As far as feeling 100%, well that took some time. The scar remodels as you pull and tug on things, and I noticed discomfort for probably 6 months afterward. Best of luck Brian

I'm having inguinal hernia (groin) surgery next week. Doc says I can't lift anything over 10lbs for 6 weeks after. It's going to suck not windsurfing (or biking or anything) for that long. Anyone here have the same surgery? How long before you got back on the water and when did you really feel 100% again? Thanks, Mac
