I'm searching good month average with at least 15-20 knots
If Peru is not good for windsurf anybody knows spots in sud america good
for august.
So I can visit Peru (mygirlwants) and do good windsurf

 Jericoacoara in Brazil blows 20+ knots every single day in August. Side
shore, 30 degree + water (centigrade).

Those who I've spoken with that have been there say its the best in the
world, unless you want big waves.
