 No problem, hope it helps minimize problems during the construction. A
recent decision made by the park helps demonstrate the visitor friendly
approach and concern for park users. Latest news release from the park
follows:

March 2, 2005- Padre Island National Seashore Superintendent Colin
Campbell announced today that a temporary fee waiver for Bird Island
Basin is in effect immediately and up to approximately the first week
of July 2005. The temporary fee waiver includes user fees for Bird
Island Basin, and is being implemented because the construction process
will temporally inconvenience many visitors to the Bird Island Basin
area and hence it would not be fair to charge the user fees. Park
Entrance fees remain in effect to all park visitors and BIB use fees
will be reinstituted once construction is complete.
