I did not see it though --- I was so relieved it cleared that deep bunker right in front of the sucker pin placement just over the bunker that I shot at - that I just breathed a sigh of relief & picked up my tee... I've been close so many times I've lost count long ago. I'm still looking for the 1st ace.

Plus I wanted the slightly larger club head with the 804's. The 704 is a standard size head. Other than my blades, I have nothing to compare them to. But they're more forgiving than the blades. 	My three longest shots into the hole were: 1. 196 yards for an ace. (3Ѕ years ago) 2. 130 yards for a dirty par 4 (drove 20 yards into native, took a drop, hit into a fairway bunker, and then 130 yards into the hole) (2 years ago). 3. 135 yards for a dirty birdie (par 5, drove 160 yards into lake, drop, 200 yard rescue wood, and 135 yard 9 iron) (3 weeks ago).

I don't remember the date of either, but I remember the yardage and the club I used for both. First was a 7 iron on a 167 yard hole. Hit in back of the hole and sucked it back. I was hidden by the flag stick and we didn't know for sure it went in until we were close to the hole. The second was an 8 iron from 150 yards and it was a slam dunk with a bunker hiding it from me. There was a course worker mowing around the green and he saw it! The two were 35 years apart so I have scheduled my next on for my 100th birthday. Looking forward to it. Congrats Tom. Don D.
