Jack won three times in the 1960's. The winners share of the purse was
$20,000 for each of his wins. Phil won last year. His share of the purse
was $1,170,000. Mind boggling!!

Hard to know which of his Masters stats is the most impressive.
How about his tie for 6th at the age of 58 in 1998?

Look at Palmer's finishes for the 10 years starting in '58: 1, 3,
1, 2, 1, 9, 1, 2, 4, 4

Is there any better 10 year stretch in Masters history?
