I had a swing test for a set of irons, the pro spent about an hour with me ,we tried several different irons. all nine irons, on the driving range.
Then after checking out my swing stance etc he handed me an iron. it was a nine iron graphite and I sent it approx 15 yds further and straighter than all the other ones I had tried out.
works really good, now thinking about having a set made up for me. he suggests a half an inch longer on the shafts and a two degree up on the lie.
Useing a graphite shaft that he tested on some type of machine that fibrates the shaft until he has the correct shaft for my swing.
The Infinite heads are stainless steel, he is asking 79.00 dollars plus tax, for a complete custom fitted graphite iron, with grip.

I looked at a set of Cobra irons a couple of mths ago. Around $675.00 at a golf store. When I asked the sales guy if I could be custom fitted for a set of Cobra irons he just looked at me as if I was from an other planet.
Like I was asking about the lie of the head and lenth of shaft that would be best for me.
Never did get an complete answer from him ,re a custom fit... Not sure just about buying clubs or irons just off the rack...
