I was looking into the Wishon 770 CFE irons and was told by someone that they make a "ding" sound when they strike a golf ball. I was wondering if anyone plays or has played with them and can comment on your experience(s)?
Haven't played with them, haven't even seen them outside the catalogue. One option would be just to call Wishon Golf and speak to one of them. If you're lucky, you'll speak to Tom himself. If not, Matt Mohi is a great one to talk with. Good luck choosing those new irons.

I played the wishon 770 cfe at the end of the year. There was an odd sound at times, however they were great irons and had my best round of the year by the 3rd round. Get them SST pured and enjoy.
Reason being they are a 2 piece construction. They fly further and are more forgiving than any iron on the market. Their face deflection is close to the COR limit.
