I would like some idea on how to hit a greenside bunker shot (clean lie) with a downhill lie? I have to get over a 5ft wall that's ~8ft in front of me. I can't chip out (water all around). I've been playing this shot with a wide open 60w, wide open stance, dig my feet in a little, bend my left knee a little more. The problem is that I keep hitting it fat. The club is digging in early because of the lie. Any suggestions?

First suggestion is one that I've seen announcers make about PGA pros choices. Take two shots. Unless you are in match play and two shots are meaningless, hit the ball where you can instead of where you likely can't.
So you can't chip it out. You can chip it to some other part of the sand bunker where you don't have the downhill lie, and where the ball will no longer be embedded.
longer back swing and like a V (not a U) and accelerate like hell keeping your eyes two inches behind the ball. It will come out. Bill

You make it sound like you're still in there! With a downhill lie, I'd play the ball a bit further back in my stance. If you want to hit 1" behind the ball, but you're actually hitting 4" behind the ball, then move the ball back 3".
If the lie is severely downhill, it may be impossible to get the ball up quick enough to clear the wall and you may have to come out sideways or backwards (at least you'll then have an uphill lie!)
The real answer is to practice the shot, varying ball position, how much you open the clubface, how far you hit behind the ball, etc.

Your set up sounds about right. Are you setting your shoulders with the slope?
Move the ball back a little in your stance. Set your wrists early to get the clubhead up steeply. Quiet lower body. All arms. Swing down the slope. Keep clubface open into the follow through.
