Poll: Most Pathetic American of our Lifetimes

Hoover 5 March 2006 05:45:09
Jimmy Carter - no one else is even close. And that includes both Clintons
and Ted Kennedy.

Carter: the King of Affirmative Action, the president who almost gave our
country away to the Soviet Union, the president who cares more about "human
rights" than national security, the president who should have stuck to
growing peanuts.

That's a helluva way to talk about the man who started
the military buildup that your side likes to claim won the
Cold War.

So doing something incredibly stupid is better than doing nothing?

He had no choice given his launching of islamic terrorism.

Huh? Ok this I have to hear. Even in that twisted, through
the looking glass alternate universe of far rightdom how do
you hang THAT label on the guy who made peace between Israel
& Egypt and utterly refused to deal with Iranian kidnappers?

Especially compared to ,oh, say, Reagan - who rewarded
said Iranian kidnappers with hundreds of millions, *created*
Osama and his fellow mujadeen, put 250 marines unguarded in Beirut
and ran like hell when they got blown up, etc, etc.

I agree with you - this pathetic human speciman did everything but hand out
national security over to the Arabs.

"Refused to deal with Iranian kidnappers"? What in the hell are you saying?
Of course he refused to deal with them - he didn't do a fucking thing to
help our hostages. Funny how they released the hostages even before Reagan
was sworn in the next day - what does that tell you and your Carterites?
Jimmy Carter was AND IS a total waste of skin.
