NYTimes: Why do they hate America?

It appears as if the NYTimes has outted the CIA and some of their airplane
operations. Heads should roll for that.

I've been reading about this particular airline in the foreign
press for months.
Heads should roll for that.

Why?

And if they weren't doing such reprehensible things with those
planes, the press prolly wouldn't be so excited about discussing
it. Stealing people from allied countries is starting to
irritate said allies. Some even call it kidnapping, especially
when it leads to torture. And what were those Libyan intel
operatives doing at Guantanamo?

I don't read it, dude. But when I see certain things like this that can
alter our operational security, it bothers me.

So you are in favor of the outsourcing of torture?

outsourcing torture = "alter our operational security"

Pretty pukeworthy.

As soon as those heads stop rolling from outing Valerie Plame, they should
get right on that.

This isn't news. 60 Minutes had this story about three months ago.

I haven't seen a paper copy of the Washington Moonie
Times, yet, but for some reason, they are playing
the Deep Throat story waaaaaay down the page on
the website.

I'm betting the NY Post didn't do that, even tho
it's a Murdoch "organ."

Because everybody else knows what we've known for some time?

Why print operational details of CIA operations, except to attempt to
make the Bush Administration look bad?

Well how do you "see" it if you don't "read" it?
And honestly, the NY Times is the best-read newspaper in the world, >has been for years, do you seriously think they would publish >something that compromised "our operational security" just to sell a >few extra copies? Get ahold of yourself.

Yeah, they've got such a stellar record for integrity.
