This is not a push poll. A push poll is when the polling organization
does not intend to get an actual result, but simply intends to get a
particular (generally negative) idea into people's heads. (Example:
the "Would you vote for John McCain if you knew he had an illegitimate
black baby?" crap that was pulled in the 2000 GOP primaries). This may
(may!) be an example of a poorly worded question, but it's not a push
poll. I emphasize "may" because:
1) the question later specifically refers to "feeding tube"
2) under Florida law, feeding tubes are, in fact, covered under "life
support".

And the people across America that were asked the original question
were briefed on these technicalities of Florida law prior to being
polled, correct?
