Louisville is the antithesis of weird, actually. Thompson and NRBQ are
about it on the goofy jolly side unless you dig pretty deep: Tod
Browning (famous for Dracula and Freaks) was a Louisville product. Gus
Van Sant.

Typical Louisville products are along the line of Tom Cruise or Ned Beatty.

Think of it this way: Daisy Buchanan, the Queen of the Bourgeois
(fictional variety) is from Louisville.
