The agony of watching today's game (or trying not to) cannot be underestimated. There's "levels of losing" as defined by ESPN's Bill Simmons (who is a ridiculous Boston homer whackjob, but that's neither here nor there for this discussion), and what the Ducks and their fans have had to endure for the last 2 weeks is nothing less than between "stomach punch" and "tie the noose around your neck" levels of sheer horror.
I'm sure that all of the Duck haters out there will produce reasons why the Oregon Ducks and their fans have earned this horrible karmic sucker gut punch, but I cannot for the life of me fathom what it might be. All I know is that I'm doubled over in pain, and not sure where the blow came from, and why.

Yes, it has been a pretty brutal couple of weeks.
