 I give Nascar credit for penalizing the DEI and RCR teams in the light that
DEI has the biggest draw of fans, but some of their reasoning is a bit
lopsided.
The DEI and RCR and Gibb teams get the penalties and the Roush and Hendrick
and Yates teams get the forgiveness of the rules.
If any DEI or RCR driver went up to a car on the track they would get a
penalty, but since DJ drives for Yates there will be no penalty.
