	That the #8 team is suckin' wind - badly?! I guess they can take heart in the fact that Jr. didn't wind up 20 laps down - once he got 2 back, he was able to stay there at least. But, c'mon, even the most die-hard Jr. fan has to admit that he's in for a long, tough season. Jeff

	The #8 team haven't figured out how to make the car handle with those new soft tires and smaller spoiler. That's why all the Roush cars are so good....they found the secret. They need to go to some track and test every combination they can think of until they find the one that works. In 1994 they went to a "track tire' for all the DIRT races in this area. Bob McCreadie rented the Cayuga County Fairgrounds track for a weekend, before the beginning of the season, and spent all weekend testing. When the season started he was the only driver to have the tire figured out. Before 1994 the most features won by one driver in a season was 27. 	The car is about 90% of the package, leaving only 10% for the driver. Take a Roush car and put just about any NASCAR driver in it and it will be fast. Look at when DE got killed. Jr. even indicated after qualifying that (paraphrasing) "we need to go and do some testing, or something". With comments like that and his on-track lapses in concentration (i.e., JG getting by him @ Daytona and crashing at Vegas), it seems Jr.'s head is just not in the game this year. He's not responding very well to the changes implemented on his team. We will see what he's made of this year, no question. Jeff
