Pretty nifty. Perhaps FOX or whomever is broadcasting a> NASCAR race can get a clue and we won't miss anything anymore.> ________________________________________________________> Was tried a couple of years ago, the sponsors didn't like it claimed the
viewers were watching the small race window rather then watching the
commercials, so it was scrapped do to the fact the sponsors did not want to
pay big bucks for not having the full screens attention. however what ESPN
is doing today was interesting ESPN2 all in car cams and ESPN regular
coverage kinda neat going back and forth.

All I can say is boom crash, Kosuke Matsuura single handedly took out
seven cars by himself and only ten were left to finish the race.
Tomas Scheckter was very very mad. Kosuke had better stay far away
from him. Tomas promised to do something about him if the IRL didn't.
Perpetual rolling chicane, AJ Foyt IV, with not even one sponsor
sticker on his car, finished 9th (4 laps down) of all things.

Danica Patrick did ok till she tried to cut under all the wrecking
cars. Was 12th or so at the time. two or three inches lower on the
track and she would have been about 7th. As I type this, she is under
observations in Mimai Homesteads Baptist hopital for a concusion....
Welcome to the junior leagues. (so long as there are two open wheel
series, nascar is the ONLY big league)

Then there was the idiot announcer. Kept saying she (danica) had no
oval experience... If that is the case, than what the hell was that
round track in millwauke that toyota atlantics ran on for the last two
years? The one where she came in:

June 5th, 2004, Milwaukee mile, 4th
May 31st, 2003, Milwaukee mile, 6th

She probably should have gotten harder on the brakes to avoid the
wreck.

depends on your definition of exciting... If it's watching a long
yellow, this race qualifies. If it's watching Englishman Dan Wheldon
win by something like three seconds, this race qualifies. If it's a
three way battle for second, you got that too. If it's bad restarts,
kosuke deliverd.

If it's looking at a very sexy woman do a good job driving...

you've got the sexy part in spades. She is about three times better
funded than sarah fisher ever was. She should be able to win or at
least, get on the poduim (something sarah did do her rookie year) And
most here know, funding makes a very big difference.
