1. *I* seem to fuss a LOT figuring out how to use the front and rear windshield
washer on the multifunction arm and using the turn signal or high beams without
turning on the wipers and OFTEN having to look down at the arm hidden behind the
steering wheel; and

2. WOOF (said the old dog).

Exactly. With well designed controls, you never look for them, at them, or
in the manual to figure out how to run them.
