 POST RACE NOTES:

* Doug Kalitta, from Ann Arbor, Mich., raced to his 20th career
victory and second at Gainesville Raceway in his Mac Tools dragster. It
was Kalitta's first victory of the '05 season. He defeated
three-time Gatornationals winner Larry Dixon in a thrilling final round
where both machines lost traction at the start and the drivers were on
and off the throttle in a tire-smoking finish.
