 AMA PRO RACING CANCELS TWO FLAT TRACK EVENTS

PICKERINGTON, Ohio (May 16, 2005) -- AMA Pro Racing announced today that
two rounds of the 2005 AMA Ford Quality Checked Flat Track Championship
have been removed from the schedule. The first event, round six of the 19
Round Championship was originally scheduled to be held on June 24 at
Atomic Speedway in Oak Ridge, Tenn., but has been cancelled due to the
inability of the event promoter and the new track owners to arrive at a
workable agreement.
