Kasey Kahne grabbed the pole at Richmond International
Raceway with a lap of 129.964 mph. It is Kahne's second consecutive Cup
pole of the year and sixth of his career.

"I didn't know if it would be the pole, but I knew it was good," said
Kahne. "I always know we have a good shot. It was fast in practice.I feel
like we have a good race car for tomorrow night. It's awesome to win two
straight Cup poles and two poles today at Richmond."
