Should we believe everything we read on the net?

Champ Car racing is one of the most technologically advanced sports in the
world today. And, other than space shuttles and jet fighters, Champ Cars are
the most sophisticated vehicles that we see in common use.

Or is this another case of parochial America?

Of course this statement is correct. According to Americans USA is the
world. Everything outside of the US borders is just dead space.

It think that as they're quoting the Motorola PacWest team it's more a
case of being quite a few years out of date!

You know, the same country that has stopped teaching the theory of human
evolution in Schools. What did you expect. It is the system that produces
people like 'Bob the pervert' from texas.

England, USA's #1 colony.

Get a f'ing education.

Most americans are less welcome in England than black rats and their
friends.

Ooh, I don't know, I did a local search and entered "Pizza" in the
"What" and "Germany" in the "Where" and it asked me:

Did you mean:
pizza near Germany Lane, Fulford, York, North Yorkshire, YO19, United
Kingdom
pizza near Germany Lane, Fulford, York, YO10, United Kingdom

You obviously cannot buy a Pizza in Germany... :-\

Remember that more than 50 % of the voters in the 2000 election voted
against the liar from Texas. In 2004 even with the war going on, Bozo
almost lost. The rise of right wing religeon has given the
Republicans the edge they need to steal elections. I am an old man,
and I see the US going down the toilet if these idiots stay in power.
A country can not compete with a third world education system. The
religeous right is trying to get rid of all science that contradicts
the bible. I live in the south, where the most extreme religeous
fanatics are. Even here, there are good people that are fighting to
bring the US back to what it was before the Republican revolution.
Thanks for reading.

And again the un-evolved monkey gets it wrong...

One backwater pissant region *wants* to present Intelligent Design as
a competing theory, amidst great debate: No one "has stopped teaching
the theory of human evolution in schools", nor is anyone proposing
that, Scumbag.

...And just what would you, clearly reaching your apogee as an editor
from the Sun, know of human evolution, as distinct from "the other
kind"?

Really? Heck, I've been to England quite a few times and seen Americans
every trip quite happy enjoying their stay. In fact, many times I've
been asked if I'm American and when I reply Canadian, well the response
was usually 'boring' or 'Oh, the colonies'. But I love England and
would love to live there. Hmmm, well actually I'd love to live anywhere
the temp doesn't drop to -40. Ever notice how when the thermometer dips
to -40, it doesn't matter if it's minus 40 or 40 below :-)

Perhaps it's a happy coincidence that *most* americans don't visit.
In fact, many> times I've been asked if I'm American and when I reply Canadian, well> the response was usually 'boring' or 'Oh, the colonies'. But I love> England and would love to live there.

I rather keen to visit Vancouver for a scenic tour myself. Unfortunately the
only time I have stepped into Canada is at Niagara Falls (Eek!).

I loved Vancouver - the people, the pace of life, the scenery. Niagara
Falls, ON is far better than Niagara Falls, NY...

Cheers
