 HERTA DRIVES XM SATELLITE RADIO CAR TO 13TH POSITION IN QUALIFYING AT
HOMESTEAD-MIAMI

HOMESTEAD, Fla. (March 5, 2005) - XM Satellite Radio driver
Bryan Herta posted a best lap of 212.311 miles per hour (25.1801
seconds) today to capture the 13th starting position for Sunday's
opening race of the 2005 Indy Racing League® IndyCar® Series season. The
Homestead-Miami Indy 300 is set to go green tomorrow at 2:15 p.m. (EST)
with ESPN providing live coverage beginning at 2 p.m. (EST). ESPN2 will
also carry the race live from various in- car cameras, including one in
Herta's XM Satellite Radio machine. During the broadcast on ESPN2, Herta
will also be speaking with on-air talent Kenny Brack during the parade
laps and following pit stops.
