Contact Seiko for somebody with the knowledge and skills to do the job.
The watch you have is a collector's item. I strongly recommend against messing with it without the right knowledge and the right tools. Your question suggests you have neither.
I don't have the knowledge you need. I found pictures of the front and back of the watch. The bank does not appear to have the more modern screw off back. It was not apparent how it comes off, which is why I suggested you contact Seiko to find somebody qualified to work on the watch you have.
