Not really. Government issued drysuit for flying fighters over cold water. Outer layer is nomex, lined with some waterproof material, standard drysuit zippers, rubber socks and laytex (?) seals.

Are we talking about these "body bags with a hole for your face" immersion suits? I think they might be excessively bouyant.
I dropped it off at my LDS today for replacing the seals and installing some used valves. A bit of a gamble, but if it works I save a lot compared to a new dry suit.

A friend of mine had one of those and he used to use it for working the safety boat at large sailing events. He said it was a lot more comfortable than the usual surface drysuits and it did the job well...
