Check with your local druggist/apothocary, all Domeboro Otic is 2% acetic acid and 0.79% aluminum acetate in solution. Since Domeboro Otic is a presciption drug in the USP, there probably is a a UK equivalent - the druggist/apothocary should know or be able to look it up, OR if necessary he could compound it for you.
It is the treatment of choice by the USN for prophylactic treatment to prevent 'swimmer's ear" (otitis externa). Should be instilled into the ears BEFORE diving, after diving, and probably before bed each day you are diving. Should NOT be used if you have a perforated ear drum
