Why "first names only" all of a sudden? Did the whole USA Olympic team>join Alcoholics Anonymous or something?
Where have you been the past decade or so? Ever since every "reality" series starting with Survivor, first names are all people have nowadays.
Besides, they want you to think that they're such big stars that you recognize them by their first names. (Nothing new about this; 1980 had "Tai & Randy".)
