Help! Finding air vents for trailer

J.M.S 27 March 2005 09:34:18
I need to ventilate my enclosed trailer and need to put some side air vents
on the trailer, but cannot find any. I did find some 2" louvered soffit
vents that might do the trick,on a web site from the states. If anyone has
any ideas about where to find some or a good alternative ,it would be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks

John

Actually I was thinking about the same thing when I build my enclosed.
I'm thinking of using the "boat" approach, and install some PCV pipe,
threaded, with a 90* sticking out or above. Also when I do not need
ventilation I could screw a (threaded) "cap" on the opening(s).

Well I didn't realy want any thing coming through the roof, I did however go
to home depot and picked up some 3"x 10" soffit vents that are screened that
i believe will do the trick on the sides of the trailer. You would of
thought for $4000.00 for a trailer that the idiots who made the trailer
would have known to put vents in!

Thanks

John

You bet, and I would do the screens-I forgot to mention that, so ya
don't have a "hot box" full of dead flies, LOL.
